Terms and Conditions

1. Image Quality: The quality of the final print depends on the resolution of the image you provide. If the image appears fuzzy or pixelated when opened, it is likely to look the same on the finished product.
2. Design Usage: Any design you provide will be used exclusively for your order and will be deleted upon completion of your project.
3. Order Process and Payment:
   
   • A 50% deposit is required to begin your order.
   • We will maintain communication with you throughout the process.
   • You will receive at least one message, email, or text to review and approve your order.
   • We will not proceed with your order without the required deposit or your final approval.
   • We will acknowledge all order within 24 business hours
   • Will take approximately 5-7 days to make your item/s once you have approved the design.

At M&D Creations Halls, we take great care to ensure your design meets your expectations before production begins. To maintain accuracy and quality, we require a one-time setup fee for all custom orders.

What the Setup Fee Covers:

• Ensuring the design, logo, colors, and spelling are correct.
• Preparing the file for production to ensure a high-quality final product.
• Making any necessary adjustments before final approval.

Customer Approval & Responsibility:
Before production begins, customers must review and sign off on the final proof to confirm that all details are correct. Once approved, the customer assumes full responsibility for any errors, including  but not limited to spelling, colors, and design elements. M&D Creations Halls is not liable for any mistakes found after approval.

By approving the final design, you acknowledge that the order will be produced exactly as shown in the proof. If changes are needed after approval, a new setup fee may apply.

Order Approval and Changes

Once a design is approved by you, M&D Creations Halls is not responsible for any spelling or design errors on the final product. While we take every precaution to ensure your items are accurate, your approval is required before production begins.

Please note that delays in responding to approval requests will result in delays in completing your item.

If any errors are identified after production, we are happy to assist with corrections; however, additional costs will apply.

Embroidery Orders – Sample Policy

For all embroidery orders, we will create one sample of your finished design at no additional cost. If additional samples are required, there will be an additional charge of $2–$5 per sample, depending on the design.

RUSH  ORDERS -

To ensure the best results, we recommend placing orders with enough lead time for our standard production process of 7-10 business days. Please note that rush orders requiring expedited turnaround may incur an additional fee.
